It was only recently that the developers have managed to fix the ridiculous Chaos AI, while most of the major changes that arrived in Total War: Warhammer 1's final update have still not made their way into Total War: Warhammer 2. Given the significance of this update Creative Assembly released it to the players as soon as they were able, though unfortunately this hasty approach resulted in some major bugs and large chunks of missing content. It is essentially a combination of the maps from Total War: Warhammer 1 and 2, as well as all of the Legendary Lords and the factions they lead, with the end result being an absolutely gigantic world just ripe for conquest. They did not serve him out of loyalty or tradition, but because his coin was good, and flowed generously.Total War: Warhammer 2's Mortal Empires campaign represents one of the biggest updates the series has seen so far.
